LET'S SEE HERE... OH YEAH, I GOT A NINTENDO SWITCH AND STUFF.

I got some new games, and I beat some old games.

Games beaten:
Paper Mario: Sticker Star - You guys remember almost three years ago when I said I was about to beat the game, but I ran out of stickers and coins and had to start over? Well, I finally got around to beating it.

Kirby Super Star - I got this about seven years ago along with Kirby's Dream Land 3, but I was never able to beat the Great Cave Offensive. It wasn't because I couldn't (not anymore, anyway), just because there were other video games I wanted to play, like Kirby's Dream Land 3, which I had gotten along with Kirby Super Star, and a few others. I beat it now, so that's good.

Games gotten:
Super Mario Odyssey - I got this one for Christmas along with a Nintendo Switch, which I think was a brilliant idea on my part. I played a little bit with Trey, and I would've gotten farther than the fourth mission of the Wooded Kingdom if I'd figured out how to defeat Torkdrift (the mechanical flower boss) or had been able to withstand my aunt's insults to the came about "animal cruelty" (which is bad, but I don't think Chain Chomps and evil bunnies count as "animal cruelty" material).

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle - I think you people might have heard of the Raving Rabbids games. You know, those games about those goofy bunnies who are complete idiots and do really dumb stuff? Well, this is a crossover between that and Super Mario, and it was much better than I thought it would be. Sure, the battle system is way different tan most other Mario RPGs, but all in all, it's cool. I got to Spooky Trails 2, and the game is actually pretty fun.

Kirby: Battle Royale - I thought it would just be a fighting game like Super Smash Bros., but it turns out there are several minigames where you compete against the computers. So that was a nice surprise. I'm currently on the Platinum League right now.

I'd keep going, but it's past my bedtime.

WHERE DID THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF GO?!

I think when you have enough time to beat at least a dozen video games and get a dozen more, go through a whole grade (9th grade), and get the first 3 seasons of Teen Titans Go without blogging, you know something is up. I'm just going to make this post about games I've gotten and/or beaten since my last post.

I'll just go over all of the games I've beaten over the years so far, with more pictures in the next update. Note that the pictures are now the box art of the game rather than the cartridge, chip, disc, or Wii Virtual Console thumbnail.

 1. New Super Mario Bros. - The first game I ever beat on my own. I'm still not quite sure how I did it exactly, but I'll bet I could do it again.
2. New Super Mario Bros. U - I haven't found all 96 exits yet, but I did find plenty of secrets while also beating the game. I got to Rock Candy Mines in about a week after I got it, but then I got Super Mario 3D World.
3. Super Mario Galaxy - It's hard enough playing a Super Mario game where you have a bunch of different levels, but try playing a game with the same levels, just with different objectives! At least it's more linear than Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine.
4. Super Mario Galaxy 2 - I beat the game, and got to World S. I'm on the Flip-Out Galaxy right now.
5. Super Mario 3D Land - There's not much to say on this one, but I beat it, that's for sure.
6. Mario & Luigi: Dream Team - I had to use a walkthrough to get through Somnom Woods, but I still beat it easily. Now I just need to see if I can beat it again without a walkthrough.
7. Super Mario 3D World - I sometimes play this with my cousin Trey, but I still beat it on my own.
8. New Super Mario Bros. 2 - The whole point is to get a million coins, but I barely have 20,000. I still beat it, though.
9. Kirby's Dream Land - Remember when I said I got through Green Greens and Castle Lololo without getting hurt once and the rest of the game without dying? Well, I got through the entire game without getting hurt. I had a few close calls in Castle Lololo, a few more in Float Islands, and a whole bunch in Bubbly Clouds (The Dizzies, Puffies and Kooklers kept popping out of nowhere). I also beat the Extra Game without getting a Game Over.
10. Kirby's Adventure - I tried beating it for the world record of 43 minutes and 40 seconds, but I only got to Yogurt Yard 3 before the timer went off. I still beat it on a normal time, and I hit all the switches; even the one in Orange Ocean 3.
11. Kirby's Epic Yarn - When it's impossible to die, let alone get a game over, I knew it was only a matter of time before I'd tackle this one.
12. Kirby: Triple Deluxe - I still don't know what the Game Over screen looks like for this game. I'm considering trying to get a Game Over on purpose just to see.
13. Kirby: Squeak Squad - My video game instincts wouldn't let me beat the game without getting every last treasure in the game, but I got all 120 treasures and beat it anyway.
14. Paper Mario - I beat it once, and now I'm going for a double round. This time, without walkthroughs. I also think that this is one of the games that proves Super Mario is basically a cartoon in video game form (not falling until you realize you're in thin air, swirly eyes when dizzy, etc).
15. Mario Kart DS - They say Mirror Mode is harder than the normal 150cc engine class, but the way I see it, once you get used to the opposite turns, it's just as easy (well, as easy as you can get, anyway).
16. Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam - This was likely the first RPG game I got through without needing to use a walkthrough the first time around.
17. Kirby's Return to Dream Land - I beat both the main game and the Extra game. I got a few Game Overs when I was playing with Trey, but he keeps dying, which keeps lowering our life supply for the both of us.
18. Kirby Mass Attack - It wasn't too hard once I got the hang of the unique controls. I beat the game, and I also beat some of the minigames.
19. Kirby's Dream Land 3 - I thought I had beaten it once, but you need to get all of the Heart-Stars. When I played the real final boss battle against Dark Matter and Zero, I was a tiny bit disturbed.
20. Kirby: Canvas Curse - The cool thing about this one is that all of the music tracks are remixed from previous Kirby games.
21. Kirby: Planet Robobot - As with Kirby: Triple Deluxe, I still don't know what the Game Over screen looks like for this game. The Robobot Armor is awesome, though.
22. Super Mario Land - This one took me longer than I thought it would, since there's only 12 levels in the game, but I still beat it.
23. Kirby's Block Ball - What do you get when you cross Kirby with Breakout? You get this. There are only 4 Copy Abilities, but I still liked it. Getting the Borderline Score on some of the levels was tough, though.
24. Kirby Super Star Ultra - All I have left is Helper to Hero, but I think that's a bonus game.
25. Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land - I figured that it would be a piece of cake to beat if it was a remake of Kirby's Adventure, and I was right.
26. Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story - I've been playing this for about eight years, and I didn't beat it until May 22, 2017. That's because I couldn't press the X button fast enough for Bowser to inhale the Dark Fawful Bug in the fight against Dark Bowser and the Dark Star Core so the Mario Bros. could fight the Dark Star Core.
27. Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 - I figure that if I can beat this, I can beat the original Super Mario Bros. 3.
28. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga - There were a couple of roadblocks in Joke's End and Bowser's Castle, but I figured I could get it.
29. Kirby's Dream Land 2 - I'd say this is one of the shorter Kirby games. I can beat it in about two hours, but the first time I did so I had to look up walkthroughs to find the Rainbow Drops.
30. Super Paper Mario - I'd say this is one of the most touching Mario game series. I didn't start crying when I beat it, of course.
31. New Super Mario Bros. Wii - I've been playing this one for eight years as well, but I lost it for about three years or so.
32. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions - I beat the GBA version, so this was easy. I almost beat Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser as well.
33. Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time - I tried beating the game earlier, but my stats were too low.

Well, that's everything. See you later!

SO LONG, MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!

On second thought, forget about the day-by-day summary list I suggested back in March. I think I'd get finger cramps from typing so much.

I basically played Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, and beat Kirby's Return to Dream Land. I'm on the Extra version. I also played other things.

School ended in June, and I was so excited I literally jumped out of my chair, ran to the doors, and danced for joy until I was too tired to do so.

I want to get Kirby: Planet Robobot for the 3DS really, really badly, but I'm saving up for a Mac, so I can't. The same thing goes for Mario Kart: Double Dash, Kirby's Dream Land 2, Kirby: Canvas Curse, and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. (I lost the game, so now I have to get a new one.)

BUSY WEEK, BUSY LIFE

I've decided that if I ever forget to blog, I'll just give you a quick summary of that day I missed.

Wednesday 3-23-16
I got to hang out with my grandma in the morning, and we made Rice Krispie Treats in the shape of eggs for Easter. Because I like Super Mario, we decided to do Yoshi eggs. I had to tell Grandma what they looked like, but they turned out awesome on Sunday. When I got back I played with my three cousins Trey, Hailey, and Brooklynn. We went to the Butterfly Park, and it was awesome. Trey got to stay over for a 2-day sleepover. We mostly played Mario Kart 8 and Kirby's Return to Dream Land.

Thursday 3-24-16
Trey slept over, and we got to go to this cool trampoline place called Gravady. It has these cool foam pits so you could dive in head-first and not break your neck and die. Trey got to sleep over again, and this time we had a backyard campout.

Friday 3-25-16
Me and Trey woke up at about 6:00 and just played video games and watched TV. Then he had to go home, which stunk. I did get to work on my new video game "Mario Kart: Ultra Circuit." It's based off of Mario Kart: Super Circuit on the Game Boy Advance, containing all 40 tracks. The "Ultra" part just makes it sound cooler. I also played Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time.

BEAT SAND CANYON IN KIRBY'S DREAM LAND 3

You probably guessed by the post title, but I beat Sand Canyon in Kirby's Dream Land 3. I got to Cloudy Park easily, and now I'm on level 3. The difficulty is rising. Oh, boy...

I also played Super Mario Kart. I'm really good at the Mushroom Cup, but not so good at the others. Oddly, I managed to get all gold trophies in the 50cc engine class.

I really didn't do much today except play video game, watch TV, and play on the computer.

HOORAY FOR SPRING BREAK!!!

The only time I actually like Monday is if there's no school. Then I can play these:
Kirby's Dream Land 3: I went through Grass Land, Ripple Field, and the first half of Sand Canyon while only dying three times. I got 40 lives. I don't even know how that's possible, but I did it.
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time: I am currently inside of Yoob's stomach. (Gross). I got through the first half, and now I'm in the second half.

Yesterday after I blogged, Mom took me to the Las Vegas Art District to take pictures. My reward for going (considering I didn't want to go) was to get a new Game Boy Advance SP. The old one's backlight burned out, which stinks. To make matters worse, I have no idea where Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga is. I can buy another one, but I was saving my money for Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

I HAVE AN IDEA

I figured out how to solve the blogging issue. I set an alarm on my iPad for me to blog. I don't think it's foolproof, but now I'll remember to blog way more often.

I got Kirby's Return to Dream Land for Christmas, and I'm on the final boss fight with Magalor. The game is awesome.

I also got Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam on its release date: January 22, 2016. I'm on Mount Brrr, and I'm about to beat the game.

I played Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time after I got home from church today. I was in Toadwood Forest when my alarm went off.

I also made a ton of comics recently. I'm going to try to post them at some point. They're super funny.
